Fees paid for completed services are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
All service purchases are final. Refunds or exchanges are not permitted.
If you are charged without receiving the service, notify us at support@unikon.ai. Unikon.ai will review your request. If verified, a refund will be processed within 21 working days from the date we receive your email.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment source, after deducting applicable service charges and taxes (if any). Depending on your bank, it may take 3 to 21 days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
