In the Unikon Life space, your identity remains anonymous. Therapists will not have access to your identity unless you explicitly consent to reveal it. However, once you consent to reveal your identity, that act cannot be undone. This is because once disclosed, it cannot be concealed again. This consent is obtained through a pop-up notification before entering an audio/video session with a therapist.
1.2 Tracking Information
For analytics and service optimization, we may collect:
- IP address
- Device ID
- Browser information
- Time zone setting
- Location data
- Internet service provider details
- Usage statistics
1.3 Payment Information
If you make purchases through the Platform (e.g. session bookings, adding balance to UniWallet), we collect payment details necessary to process transactions securely.
1.4 User Responses
We collect data related to your participation in platform activities such as:
- Assessments
- Feedback submissions
This information helps us enhance user experience and improve our services.
1.5 Well-Being Assessments and Notifications

UniPal does not use your mental health data to make recommendations. These suggestions are not clinical or therapeutic advice and should not be interpreted as such. We process this information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

- Use of Third-Party Services – Our platform relies on external providers for secure payments, promotional tools, and meeting facilitation. These Third-Party Services operate independently, and their terms, policies, and service levels are beyond our direct control. Unikon will not be held liable for any breach in their services.
- Liability Disclaimer – Unikon is not responsible for any errors, service interruptions, or disputes arising from your engagement with Third-Party Services. Your reliance on these services is at your own risk.
- Compliance with Third-Party Terms – Your use of Third-Party Services may be subject to their respective terms and conditions, which you are responsible for reviewing and adhering to. Unikon does not mediate disputes between users and third-party providers.
- Payment Processing – All financial transactions on Unikon are handled by third-party payment processors. We do not store or process payment details directly and are not liable for payment failures, chargebacks, or disputes. We store transaction IDs made on these third-party vendors. For any transactions made via UPI, mobile numbers get stored.
- Service Availability and Changes – We may update, replace, or discontinue integrations with Third-Party Services at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of such changes.
- No Endorsement or Guarantees – The inclusion of Third-Party Services within Unikon does not imply endorsement, and we make no guarantees regarding their security, reliability, or suitability for your specific needs.

We Are Not Responsible for Phishing Scams or Fraudulent Activity
- If someone tricks you into sharing your login details, sending them money, or clicking on a fake Unikon link, we cannot be held responsible for any resulting losses or damages.
- Always double-check website URLs before entering your details. The official Unikon.ai website will always have a secure URL and no extra characters or typos. Official communication will only be sent from emails with the "unikon.ai" domain name.
